1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services.

• Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, phone number, budget range, and the details of your inquiry when you contact us by form, email, or phone. Our website contact form opens an email in your own mail application; this site does not store submissions in a database.
• Client information. During an engagement we may receive access to your marketing accounts, analytics, customer lists, brand files, and billing details necessary to perform the work.
• Technical information. Standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed, and similar data from any analytics tool we use.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we do not sell personal information.

3. How we use information

• To respond to inquiries and provide proposals.
• To deliver, manage, and report on the services you hired us for.
• To invoice and keep required business and tax records.
• To improve our website, content, and service offerings.
• To send service updates or marketing emails you have asked to receive.

4. Client data we process on your behalf

When we run campaigns for you, we may handle customer contact lists, audience data, and conversion data inside your advertising, email, or analytics platforms. You remain the controller of that data. We use it only to perform the agreed services, we do not use it for any other client, and we delete or return it at your request when our engagement ends. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consent to share any list you provide to us.

5. Advertising and analytics platforms

Our work involves third-party platforms including Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and email service providers. 6. Sharing information

We share information only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, accounting, project tools); advertising and analytics platforms as needed to run your campaigns; professional advisors; and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information.

7. Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Client project records and financial records are kept for as long as required by law and legitimate business need, generally seven years for invoices and tax records. Account access is revoked promptly at the end of an engagement.

8. Security

We use reputable providers, password managers, multi-factor authentication, and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop marketing emails, or ask questions about this policy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
